北京罗麦药业有限公司成立于2001年，是一家集科研开发、生产、销售于一体的高科技企业。注册资金：8000万元人民币。营业范围：生产片剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、软胶囊剂；生产经营保健食品；生产经国家批准的片剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂和软胶囊剂保健食品；销售自产产品；销售化妆品、日用品；药品、生物制品的技术开发、技术转让、技术咨询（不含中介）、技术服务。主营业务是保健食品、定型包装食品系列产品的开发、生产和销售，化妆品、日用品销售。
    北京罗麦药业有限公司厂址位于北京市怀柔雁栖工业开发区。公司自成立以来，积极联合其它的企业和科研机构研制高科技药品。一期工程已投入资金3500万元人民币。二期将达到8000万元，三期工程的总规模计划为1.5亿元，届时北京罗麦药业将发展为大型罗麦“系列”保健食品、药品生产基地。

    上海蓝黛日用品有限公司专业从事化妆品、家庭清洁用品、合成洗涤剂的研发与生产。“蓝黛尔”系列化妆品、“诺思邦丽”系列家洁用品均由其生产。上海蓝黛研发中心包括：中心实验室、绿色种植园、添加剂提取厂、半制品生产厂、成品罐装厂、产品策划中心。中心与国内多家最负盛名的生物领域的研究机构——中国科学院(CAS)及上海各大学建立了密切的合作，并与日本第二大商社——日本三井株式会社有着广泛的学术交流。
    北京罗麦商贸有限公司是集贸易、电子商务、仓储、物流于一体，拥有一批实力雄厚的合作伙伴和成熟的市场渠道的商贸公司。传统商贸和电子商务相结合，电子商务采取B TO C 和 B TO M 相结合的模式。同时采取会员制方式进行运作，与总公司的营销体系进行互动，实现资源共享。

     Beijing Rolmex Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd’s production factory is located at YanQi Industrial Development Zone in Huairou district of Beijing.
